Cassioli are a major manufacturer and integrator in the intralogistics sector with turnover approaching 50 million Euros and we are building a strong record of joint success in the UK market.
Cassioli
Cassioli have been a key partner for Diamond Phoenix for over 10 years. As a major international manufacturer of intralogisitics equipment from conveyors to stacker cranes, etc., we partner with Cassioli on all large scale projects for complete manufacturing or warehouse facilities.
Cassioli designs and manufactures semi-automated or fully automatic systems controlled by specific software, capable of quickly performing all storage and goods-handling operations. From production to assembly, packaging and storage, Cassioli systems enable companies to speed up every step of their processes, for streamlined procedures and incredible savings in terms of time and costs. Many companies and multinationals have chosen Cassioli as official supplier of automation systems, with the goal of improving the efficiency of their production and distribution systems.
Over 75 years of business, Cassioli has also expanded beyond national borders, with three production sites and commercial partners around the world.

Whenever it is necessary to transport or handle a finished product, semi-finished product, component kit or raw material with varying degrees of automation, Cassioli can offer the most suitable transport or storage system in terms of operational capacity, costs, safety and ergonomics.
Automated warehouses, assembly and serving lines, testing systems, automatic and laser-guided vehicles (AGV and LGV), RGV automatic systems, picking systems and robotic areas with viewing systems, as well as handling systems equipped with conveyors using rollers, chains, plates, belts or full belts. Able to rely on very broad yet highly specialised manufacturing activity, Cassioli can offer customers the most efficient solution depending on their specific requirements.
Qimarox
Qimarox is a leading supplier of standardized components for material handling systems. Focused on the design, manufacture and supply of vertical transport systems, palletizing modules and machine fencing, among other solutions.
Qimarox has a unique approach, where components are sold only through original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators specialized in sectors such as food, pharma, fast-moving consumer goods and logistics.
Over the years such approach has built up a solid worldwide network of reliable Qimarox System Partners experienced in the installation and integration of its components to deliver end users the best customer experience.

Uni-xu
Uni-xu is the trade name for Conveyor Units Limited. Diamond Phoenix have been a trusted partner specifying and installing Uni-xu equipments for decades. We work closely with Uni-xu to ensure a high quality installation when combined with our controls and software.
Conveyor Units Limited is now the largest conveyor and conveyor roller manufacturer in the UK, producing in excess of a million rollers each year and more than 30km of conveyors every year.
Our UNI-XU® range of conveyors has been integral to thousands of turnkey solutions for some of the most demanding and successful companies across Europe. It has been designed, engineered and manufactured in Britain since 1963, resulting in five decades of engineering development and excellence, which today, makes it one of the best-known brand names in conveyor manufacture.
Today our conveyor products are used by many of the biggest brands and e-commerce companies across the globe. One-third of our product output is now being designed and built for the export market.
We currently operate from our 150,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility, on a seven-acre site in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire and source only the highest grade raw materials, in large quantities that allow us to consistently meet order commitments, whilst maintaining competitive prices.
All manufacturing processes are controlled and undertaken in-house in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
ConveyXpress
ConveyXpress supply high-quality telescopic conveyors to the European materials handling industry. These proven machines offer affordable reliability by going “back to basics” and removing all unnecessary additional features that are often not required. Their machines comply with all Health & Safety requirements and are CE compliant. The proven design has been manufactured since 2013 with over 3000 machines supplied over a 10-year period. All products are supported with spares along with servicing and maintenance guidelines to ensure trouble free operation.
