Carraro Agritalia

Agritalia, with its headquarter located in Rovigo, Italy, designs and produces niche tractors for special applications, such as vineyards, orchards and standard type tractors for the main agricultural machinery manufacturers in the world. CASSIOLI has designed and deployed Agritalia’s assembly and testing line for tractor axles. The system is composed of 14 double workstations, 4 test benches and 2 recovery stations for repairing. All the stations are served by a self-driven automatic shuttle, capable of picking up load units by means of a hooking system. The line processes 1 tractor axle every 12 minutes, or 40 axles per day.
