Mobil Record is part of the Setten Group and for thirty years now is at the tops of furniture market in Italy, with more than six hundred workers distributed in seven companies. CASSIOLI has designed and deployed its handling lines for the packaging sector and shipment lines.
An aerial monorail conveyor transfers object from assembly kit preparation lines to the packaging area. The shipment plant, which sorts packages assigned to different customer orders, is composed of 8 motorized roller lines. The whole system is perfectly integrated with other plants, such as robots, hardwareapplying machines and thermoshrinking film packaging plants.
